In his role as Adjunct Finance Professor at the Hagan School of Business at Iona College, Mr. Cusack wrote this paper and an accompanying presentation. (Do to unforeseen circumstances, Mr. Cusack was unable to give the presentation in person at the Colloquium, but the paper is published in the Colloquium’s Report.)
